Brand Strategy Onboarding Questions

What is the heart and mission behind your brand? How do you want people to feel when they see themselves through your lens — both online and in person?What makes your brand different from others in your industry?
Who is your ideal client — the person whose story you most want to capture and preserve? What emotional or personal challenges are they facing — and how does your brand help them honor and celebrate their story? Are there specific communities, family stories, or cultural traditions you aim to represent and uplift through your storytelling?
Provide us with your logo, color palette, and/or any brand visuals files that you currently have by emailing them to [email protected]. Are there any brands — inside or outside of your industry— that inspire the feeling or atmosphere you want your brand to evoke? What three words best describe the tone and essence of your brand?
What specific services or offerings does your brand provide? What is the signature experience clients receive that makes your brand truly one-of-a-kind?
What are your short-term (3–6 month) goals for your brand? What are your long-term goals (3-5 years)? What does success look like to you in the first year of a rebrand?
With your current marketing efforts what worked or didn’t? Do you have a slogan or tagline in mind?
What resources or creative partners do you currently have in place? Who will be the main point of contact for creative direction, strategy, approvals, and implementation? What does your current operational workflow look like?
Are there any words, visuals, or tones you absolutely want to avoid?
Do you have your LLC or trademarks filed yet? Will you need support with trademarking or protecting your brand assets?
If your brand were a celebrity, artist, or luxury brand, who would it be — and why? What’s one thing you absolutely want to see in this brand strategy to feel like we truly captured your vision?

Business Consultation & Operations/Sales Intake Questions

What is your current business structure (LLC, partnership, etc.)? Do you currently have a business plan or roadmap? If yes, when was it last updated? What are your current revenue streams—and which ones are the most profitable? What are your top 3 business challenges right now?
What does your current team structure look like (full-time, part-time, contractors)? Do you have SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) in place for daily operations? Are there any bottlenecks in your client or customer workflow (from inquiry to service delivery)? What software/tools are you using for booking, scheduling, communication, or payroll? Provide any analytics or workflow information.
What is your average customer value (how much they spend per visit/month)? What is your current monthly revenue—and what is your target revenue in the next 6–12 months? What is your current sales process? Is it automated or manual? Do you have a CRM system? If yes, which one? Provide us access.
What are you currently doing to retain customers or members? Do you have upsells, referral systems, or loyalty programs in place?
